Vendors

Greetings-

You are invited to apply to be a vendor at the Fifth World Bonsai Convention, WBC 2005. http://www.bonsai-wbff.org/wbc5/main.htm The convention is being held on May 28-31, 2005, at the Washington Hilton and Towers Hotel, 1919 Connecticut Avenue, NW, Washington, DC 20009, close to downtown and all major attractions. The vending area has 45,000 square feet with two loading docks opening directly onto the sales floor. Security will be provided.

The basic vendor unit will be approximately 9 feet wide by 12 feet deep* and includes two 8-foot tables. The fee for a basic unit is US$500. Two units with four tables is US$900, and three units with six tables is US$1350. Additional tables per unit can be reserved at $100 each. The vendor fee includes admission to all lectures and demonstrations for one person. A meal package will be available for an additional fee.

Please return the Vendor Interest Form (below) indicating your interest. If more requests are received than can be accommodated, we will attempt to select by reservation date; however we will strive to create a varied mix of quality merchandise for our convention attendees.
