Vancouver Island Bonsai Club
We have a very active club in the beautiful city of Victoria,
B.C. The temperate climate here is very suitable for the growing
and caring of numerous types of bonsai, many of which you
will see throughout our site. Our members range in age and
experience but we all share a common passion for this ancient
art form.
Every year the Vancouver Island Bonsai Club Runs a spring
show at one of the largest shopping malls on the Island. Over
a 150 trees from the membership are on display for three days.
Here are some of those trees:

In addition to the annual show many activities take place
throughout the year. Workshops are run for the members at
all levels, collecting trips to nurseries that contain potential
bonsai are organized, as well as the trips up to the mountains.
