President's Message

On behalf of NABF as the host of the WBFF 5th World Bonsai Convention to be held in Washington, D.C. in 2005, I sincerely thank Bonsai Clubs International and the American Bonsai Society, under the leadership of their presidents Alan Walker and George Heffelfinger, for becoming sponsors of the 5th WBC and foregoing their own separate conventions in 2005. This demonstration of solidarity within the bonsai community will assure the success of the 5th WBC, and bodes very well for the continued expansion of bonsai appreciation in the 21st Century.
